1. Who handles your data
The controller is Marco André Santos Silva, sole trader, who trades as 7 Skills Solar Systems. Establishment: Rua Direita 45, 8600-109 Luz, Lagos. Contact: info@7skills.pt.
2. What data we collect
Name, mobile number, email, municipality, type of property and any message you write. We also keep the page and campaign you came from (in your browser, only during the visit) and, only if you accept advertising cookies, Google's click identifier and, from Meta, the _fbp and _fbc cookies and the events of the visit (page view and request sent). The Meta Pixel does not receive your name, email or mobile number.
3. What we use it for, and on what basis
To answer your request and arrange the visit. The basis is your request (pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Measuring the ads is only done with your consent (point (a)).
4. Who receives it
7 Skills Solar Systems. Midas Touch (Rafael Queiroz Pereira Ltda, Curitiba, Brazil), which runs the page and receives the requests on behalf of 7 Skills, as processor. Requests are received and stored in services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) and used by Midas Touch, and the servers are not restricted to the European Union. A notice of each new request is emailed to 7 Skills through Brevo. Because Midas Touch is based in Brazil and uses these providers, the processing involves transfers of data outside the European Economic Area. To measure the ads, Google and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited only receive data about the visit if you accept advertising cookies.
5. Cookies and consent
We use Google and Meta cookies to measure ads, only with your consent. If you reject, the page does not load the Google tag or the Meta Pixel. You can change your choice, or withdraw your consent, at any time under "Cookies" at the bottom of each page; withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before.
Contact details sent to Google
If you accept advertising cookies, your email and mobile number may be sent to Google in encrypted (hashed) form, only to measure whether the ads work. If you reject, it is not sent.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as needed to reply to you and follow up on the quote. Midas Touch processes the data for as long as its contract with 7 Skills lasts and, at the end, returns or deletes it as 7 Skills instructs. You can ask for erasure as described in section 7.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing, and portability of your data, by writing to info@7skills.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
